An opportunity has arisen in the Darphin Team for a Product & Category Manager.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Product & Category Manager is responsible for driving the brand’s Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy across the key distribution channels of salon & spa, e-Commerce and retail with the primary aim of driving brand growth and consumer engagement.
You will work with the Marketing Manager to identify key opportunities of growth and drive the Marketing Calendar through new product launches and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for executing the Omni-Channel Strategy within the Bricks environment and work with the Online Team to ensure implementation of the strategy across Clicks business. You will be fully responsible for the timely development and successful execution of New Product launches from initial forecasting process through to launch execution and post-launch review.
The evolution of the brand’s Digital and Social Media presence is key to this role and you will develop and implement the brand’s strategy, working closely with the media agency and Global team.
Building strong relationships with retailers and Global Marketing is essential to the role as is maintaining excellent relationships with cross-functional departments, including BMG, VM, Sales, Education and PR.
You will be highly strategic in your approach with strong commercial acumen. You will be degree educated and be able to demonstrate outstanding operational marketing skills gained within the prestige beauty industry across both retailer and e-commerce channels. Strong understanding and experience of digital and social marketing is essential. A strong attention to detail is required to ensure delivery of Darphin brand equity across all touchpoints.
