Jo Malone London is recruiting for a Global Communications Manager with strong social and new media experience.

This is a central role within the Global Communications Team, responsible for rolling out the global communications strategy to established, new and emerging markets, ensuring global brand awareness, positioning and the continual development of the brand’s profile as the leading British fragrance and lifestyle house.

Duties include ensuring the implementation of the global strategy across all markets with a special focus on specified regions. The position will be responsible for developing relationships with and mentoring the PR team in each market, guaranteeing regular communication and support whilst continually demonstrating the ability to define and execute first class PR campaigns.

Drafting and creating global PR collateral is a principle aspect of the role. Excellent writing skills with a strategic approach and firm understanding of the needs of global press are paramount.

Driving the successful roll out of campaign events at a local level is central to the role. The candidate will have an exemplary knowledge of events, as well as experience working for a brand with a strong creative vision. Collating reports and delivering proven ROI post event is required.

This is a key role within a very fast paced department and brand; multi-tasking whilst maintaining a strong, strategic and holistic overview of all market level PR is critical to success. 


The successful candidate will have an established communications background; preferably within the luxury beauty, interiors, lifestyle or fashion industry. They will have excellent communication, organisational and mentoring skills in addition to faultless attention to detail. Previous international experience would be highly advantageous.
