The style advisor represents the image, products and culture of the brand to the consumer.
Their primary responsibility is exceptional customer service and make up application leading to achieving targets and KPI’s.
They will achieve this by identifying areas of strength to optimize exceptional the consumer experience
The style advisor must develop strong working relationships with their retail partner store and other members of the smashbox, bumble and bumble family.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising opportunities for makeup and hair services.
- Delivering consistent, excellent service in accordance with our smashbox and bumble and bumble pillars
- Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales.
- Resolve internal and external Customer issues and requests, in an efficient and timely manner.
