Aveda currently has an exciting opportunity for a Salon Development Partner to act as a business consultant to Aveda’s salon partners within the Liverpool / Manchester across to Lincoln Area.
This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands and is responsible for ensuring comparative growth by working with each salon to maximise their potential in service revenue and retail sales whilst advising them on the successful management of their operating expenditure. The role is also responsible for prospecting for new business to introduce new salons to the Aveda Network.
With a proven field sales skills including the successful achievement of sales targets, you will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the UK Salon Industry. You should also have excellent analytical ability; good customer relationship skills, business acumen and a commitment to Aveda’s Mission.
The ideal candidate should live centrally in the region the role covers. The role also may require some overnight stays away from home.
