Estee Lauder Companies is looking for a Learning & Development Partner who wants to work in a fast paced, commercial and creative environment. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for some great new talent to join our team in this exciting new role within Estee Lauder Companies. This role will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and develop Estee Lauder Companies learning and development strategy.

The Learning & Development Partner will support the day to day running of the L&D department for the UK & Ireland. To provide innovative, business focussed learning solutions in conjunction with the Global Learning & Talent Development team to strengthen the company's talent and learning initiatives in the UK.  The candidate will have a strong desire to keep up to date with learning solutions that will drive the business and offer employees key development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of  training to all employee levels face to face and by webinar
  • Organisation of training events
  • Provide and design development solutions for key role requirements
  • Coordination of external partnerships
  • Continuous improvement and evaluation of training solutions
  • Collaboration with Global L& D Team
  • Participation in HR projects across the wider HR Team

Experience

  • Working in a fast paced learning and development department
  • People and team management
  • Management and Leadership training
  • Customer service and/or sales training
  • Design and facilitation of soft skills development courses
  • Design and delivery of blended learning solutions
  • Evaluation of learning solutions
  • Planning & organisation of training schedules
