Estée Lauder is pleased to announce a newly created Marketing Assistant role to support its largest and fastest growing Makeup category. This role reports to the Makeup Product Manager, with a dotted line to the Makeup Marketing Manager.
This position is an excellent entry into the Estée Lauder Marketing team, with potential future opportunity to progress within the department.
The individual will assist the Makeup Product Manager in a timely and cost effective creation and implementation of all makeup marketing programmes including new product launches / re-promotes, sampling, testers and merchandising programmes, in line with global brand guidelines.
The prime objective will be to develop strong working relationships across departments to ensure the successful and effective implementation of the Marketing Calendar.
In addition, this role provides administrative support to Product Manager Makeup and Marketing Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for department.
Candidates should be educated to degree / graduate level and ideally have experience of working in a marketing and digital function, preferably within the Cosmetics or Luxury Brand Industry. They will be highly numerate and analytical with great attention to detail. They must be computer literate (Word, Excel) and be proficient in PowerPoint.
The ability to work effectively under pressure, juggling many projects with proven organisational skills and a positive can do attitude is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication.
