Estee Lauder & AERIN Beauty is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join its marketing department as CRM Executive starting in July 2016. You will report to the CRM Manager.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the Executive managing the CRM campaigns, lead the roll out of the Estée Lauder customer capture system (OCT) and analyse the customer database in order to provide insights to marketing, sales and education teams. The Executive will have to manage the budget for the campaigns and the customer capture roll out.
The CRM Executive is in charge of managing CRM campaigns execution (mailers, emails and SMS for product launches and lifecycle programmes). Based on CRM strategy, the Executive will collect the visuals from Global team/online team/Creative team, validate the copy with product managers/CRM manager, create the customer selection in the CRM campaign management tool (Smartfocus), coordinate the amendments with third parties (internal and external), coordinate the shipping of samples and the execution of the campaign (printing, delivery) and raise the POs. The CRM Executive will ensure to respect budget requirements by working closely with Procurement team.
The CRM Executive will lead the roll out of OCT through UK doors in order to increase Estée Lauder capture capabilities. The CRM Executive will be in contact with Store Design, Sales team and Retail Tech teams in order to ensure a smooth and seamless installation of Ipads in selected doors. The CRM Executive might be also in contact with external shop fitters. The role also includes the support of field team in case of issue with Ipads/OCT system (including training coordination in partnership with Education team). Maintenance of a high capture rate and a high quality capture rate plus an expansion of the capture capability are key indicators to measure the success in this role.
Lastly, the role is also to provide consumer insights to sustain brand strategy and marketing decisions. Based on his/her data expertise, the CRM Executive will analyse the customer database in order to provide insights to Estée Lauder marketing, sales, education and digital teams. These analyses will be based on available reports and/or by creating ad-hoc queries in the CRM tool: Smartfocus. The CRM Executive will also be responsible for maintaining and updating regular reporting/planning and ROI measures required for CRM program success. Reporting to the CRM Manager, the role is a key business metrics owner to ensure timely, thorough, and accurate reporting of all CRM-driven initiatives.
Candidates should be degree educated and have experience at an executive level working in a marketing function, preferably in CRM. They must be computer literate (Word, Excel, VBA) and be proficient in PowerPoint. Strong learning capabilities, agility and consumer focus mind-set are crucial to succeed. Also, exceptional analytical skills are required. Analysis is crucial in this role, the CRM Executive will have to demonstrate a high capacity to understand and share consumer KPIs.
The ability to work effectively under pressure, juggling many projects with proven organisational skills and a positive can do attitude is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication, an entrepreneurship mind-set and be excited at the opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment in cosmetic industry.
