KILIAN BUSINESS MANAGER

This role is for the "By Killian" brand who are working in partnership with Estee Lauder Companies

We are looking for an exceptional Business Manager

By Kilian was launched in 2007 with the ambition of reflecting not only his distinct personality, but also to achieve a perfect alliance between elegance and uncompromising luxury. His "eco-luxe" philosophy that each bottle can be refilled and kept for a lifetime, therefore creating less waste for the planet, catapulted the brand to the top of the fragrance market and into a niche of its very own.

In 2015 and eight years since its launch, the world of Kilian includes a total of 37 scents, spanning across 5 different fragrance collections ; "L'Oeuvre Noire", "Arabian Nights", "Asian Tales", "ln the Garden of Good & Evil" & "Addictive State of Mind"; and a collection of unique compositions, inspired by liquors and is exclusive to KILIAN boutiques.

 

You will be responsible for a team of one, be an adaptable leader, with the ability to tailor your sales strategy to suit variations in clientele. Commercially astute, you can analyse CRM Data, build a winning strategy and show proficiency in compiling trade / stock reports.

Whilst undertaking a proactive approach to your role, you will actively build and develop the Brand and your team, to meet/exceed targets. A strong communicator, you will be adept at relationship building and fostering cohesion within the team.

 

The successful candidate must be

Dynamic & organized,

Business driven / sales oriented,

Fluent in English and Arabic,

Perfectly presented, modern chic

Excellent customer service skills and experience with proven managerial capabilities. 

Luxury retail experience is essential, preferably within Perfume, Beauty, Fashion, Jewellery or Hospitality.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Achieving KILIAN weekly, seasonal & yearly sales plans

Building customer base by following up with clients

Inventory / stock counts

Daily/weekly reporting of sales figures and activity to area manager

Organizing events on counter

Be a Kilian ambassador by building brand awareness in store and in the Community

Establishing an impressive client book.

Dress code: black and white, neutral make up, excellent presentation at all times.

The ability to speak Arabic is essential.
