An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Origins Marketing Team for an Omni-Channel Category Manager.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Omni-Channel Category Manager is responsible for driving the brand’s Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy ensuring harmonisation and synergy across the bricks and clicks businesses with the primary aim of driving brand growth and consumer engagement.
The Omni-Category Channel Manager will work to identify key opportunities of growth and drive the Marketing Calendar accordingly through new product launches and strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for executing the Omni-Channel Strategy within the Bricks environment and work with the Online Team to ensure implementation of the strategy across Clicks business. They will be fully responsible for the timely development and successful execution of New Product launches from initial forecasting process through to launch execution and post-launch review.
Building strong relationships with retailers and Global Marketing is essential to the role as is maintaining excellent relationships with cross-functional departments, including BMG, VM, Sales, Education and PR. The Omni-Channel Category Manager also manages and is responsible for the development of the Marketing Trainee.
The successful candidate will be highly strategic in their approach with strong commercial acumen. They will be degree educated and be able to demonstrate outstanding operational marketing skills across both retailer and e-commerce channels. Experience of digital marketing also essential. A strong attention to detail is required to ensure delivery of Origins brand equity across all touch points.
