Due to the continued retail growth and strategic new Boutique openings, Jo Malone London has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager, covering London 1 which covers Selfridges W1 ,JLP W1 Regent Street , Royal Exchange , Spitlefields , and Fenwick Bond Street.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area Manager who wishes to augment their skill set with operational free standing store area management experience.

This role is field based and will report directly into Diane Hassett, Regional Sales Manager.

The role will be responsible for the achievements of sales targets in the Jo Malone London Free Standing store and Department store Boutiques in the region, through the leadership and development of the Jo Malone London Stylists 

The Ideal candidate will need to motivate, train and direct the Stylists in the region, and to achieve objectives set by the National Field Sales Manager, National Training Manager , in line with Jo Malone London Brand strategy.

Candidates should have proven area sales management, operational skills and multi-site people management experience. They should have excellent communication, analytical, influencing and negotiation skills. They should be motivated and passionate about driving the business and achieving success, take a flexible and proactive approach and be extremely organised.

Ideal candidates will have a full clean driving license and live within the area.
