As a Counter Manager, your role will be to achieve the personal objectives set down by Origins and to contribute to the success of the Store/Account through the use of the Customer CARE programme. You will lead, monitor and motivate the team towards the excellent standards of Customer service that are synonymous with the Origins brand.
