The Service Support Manager will focus on enhancing the customer experience, specifically around welcoming, environment and closing experiences of their location. The Service Support Manager is responsible for the hiring, training and development of the Hosts and Cashiers. They will drive the quality of service and retail productivity, through their team, perform outstanding customer service. The Service Support Manager must develop strong working relationships with their store Management structure, retail partner and store or mall management (as applicable); AT&D of their region, and head office support departments.
Strong background in managing service in high volume environment required. Background in Retail, Hospitality and Customer Service desired.
