The M·A·C Concierge represents the image, products and culture of the company to the customer. Their primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and managing the flow of makeup on demand and booked in services, this will be achieved through exceptional organisation, telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to; managing the online booking tool, click and collect service, driving Customer Relationship Management (CRM), maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative duties. The concierge must develop strong working relationships with their store management structure, AT&D of their region and head office departments.
